# How long does a refund take?
Depending on the airline, refunds typically take up to 30 business days.
# Where can I view refund and change rules?
Refund and change conditions can be viewed on the flight search and reservation screens.
# Can the return flight be used if the outbound flight was not used?
**Domestic flights:** Passengers may still use the return flight even if the outbound flight was not used.
**International flights:** If the outbound flight is not used for any reason, passengers are not allowed to use the return flight.
