# Which Address Will My Physical Card be Shipped to? What Happens If the Shipment is Returned?

Your physical card will be shipped to the delivery address you provide in the app during the card purchase process. It is your responsibility to ensure that the address details entered are complete and accurate.

If the shipment is returned to us due to reasons attributable to the customer, including but not limited to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to receive the shipment, or similar customer-related reasons, an additional shipping fee will apply for any re-shipment of the card.
