# Why Can’t I Find My Country During KYC?

When completing KYC verification in the ODIX Pay app, you’ll be asked to select your country from the list of supported countries.
If your country isn’t listed, it means ODIX Pay is currently not available in your region.

**Can I Complete KYC with Dual Citizenship?**
If you hold dual citizenship and can provide a valid ID from a supported country, you may still be able to complete KYC and access ODIX Pay services.
