In Which Countries Do the Cards Operate?

You can use your Odix card at most merchants that accept your card's network, online and in store. Some merchants or terminals may not accept prepaid cards.

The card isn't available to people living in some countries (see https://odixpay.com/legal/odix-card; the app shows whether the card is available to you when you apply). ATM cash withdrawals aren't available in mainland China, FATF-blacklisted countries or OFAC-sanctioned countries.
