Does Odix Charge Anything For Declined (Insufficient) Transactions?

Odix Pay does not charge a fee for declined transactions.

When a card payment is declined (for example, because the balance is too low), a decline fee may still be charged — it is not charged by Odix Pay, and the amount depends on your card.

For your security, after 5 declined payments in a row we freeze the card. This protects you from repeated decline fees when the balance is too low, and protects you in case your card details have been compromised. If your card was frozen, contact us in the app (Menu > Contact Us) and our team will review it with you.
