How Does The Refund Process Work?

We start processing every refund request right away. Card refunds and disputes (for example, a wrong transaction or a chargeback) follow the card network's rules and can take 32 to 90 days. If a USDT/USDC deposit doesn't pass our automatic checks, it is returned in the same coin to an address you choose in the app.
