Why Was My Card Rejected and What Could Be The Reason?

If a payment with your Odix Pay card was declined, the most common reasons are:

• The card balance is lower than the payment amount.
• A spending limit was reached (you can check your limits in the app).
• The merchant, merchant category or terminal doesn't accept prepaid or international cards.
• A security check by Odix Pay or our card partners.

After 5 declined payments in a row, we freeze the card for your security. If none of these reasons fits, contact us in the app with the order number from the transaction details.
