What is a Charter Flight?
Charter flights are non-scheduled flights that do not operate on a fixed timetable. They are usually organized by tour operators and are not part of regular scheduled services.
Are changes or refunds allowed for charter flights?
No. Charter tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.
Can a child travel alone?
Children aged 2–12 are accepted as child passengers and may travel alone if the UMNR (Unaccompanied Minor) service is purchased, subject to airline rules.
Cabin crew will accompany the child throughout the journey.
Can an infant travel?
Infants aged 0–2 are accepted as infant passengers. A separate seat cannot be purchased for infants. Each adult passenger may travel with only one infant.
